If you do not meet a minimum bid, if the item has one, we will contact you by email and give you a
chance to bid higher if you desire. The proxy bidder will bid
incrementally on your behalf only if there is a competitive bidder until
auction closes or your maximum bid is reached. A staff member from
Friendship Community will contact you after the auction to let you know if
you are the winning bid, clarify payment method and to make arrangements for
delivery.
