Announcing-The Old Mill Apartments

Friendship Community recently purchased a property in Ephrata on which to build new apartments that will address housing needs for persons in the Ephrata area.

The Old Mill Apartments will be located at 175 Old Mill Road in Ephrata, just north of the Ephrata Public Library, and will include forty rental apartment units. The apartments will be located close to public transportation off of route 272 near Ephrata. For detailed information about rental rates and amenities, click here.

Twenty of these rental units will be used for non-profit purposes, offering apartment space to the persons presently living in the current Friendship Community apartments in Ephrata and East Petersburg. The remaining twenty rental units will be available to the general community. Units are expected to be available late summer and fall of 2008.
