The Old Mill Apartments

The Old Mill Apartments are located at 175 Old Mill Road in Ephrata, just north of the Ephrata Public Library, and includes forty rental apartment units.  The apartments are located close to public transportation off of route 272 near Ephrata.  For detailed information about rental rates and amenities, click here.

Twenty of these rental units are used for non-profit purposes, offering apartment space to persons who are served by Friendship Community.  The remaining twenty rental units are available to the general community.
