Old Mill Apartments are located at 175 Old Mill Road in Ephrata, just north of the Ephrata Public Library, and include forty rental apartments. The apartments are located close to public transportation, off of route 272, near Ephrata. Twenty of these rental units are used for non-profit purposes, offering apartment space to the Individuals within Friendship. Twenty rental units are available to the general community. - Each adult must submit an online Rental Application.
- Each adult must submit an online Rental Authorization.
- Each adult must mail a non-refundable application fee of $20 (payable to Friendship Ministries) to:
