Quality and Services Administrator

I. TITLE: Quality and Services Administrator

II. DEFINITION: This is a professional position, which involves administrative and investigatory
duties primarily as a support to Friendship Community’s Compliance Department.

III. BASIC FUNCTION: To ensure that Friendship Community adheres to the State’s Requirements
regarding the timely and sufficient management of incidents and to assure that quality and
documentation standards meet FC and State Regulations.

IV. ACCOUNTABILITY: The Quality and Services Administrator is accountable to the Director of
Operations.

V. RESPONSIBILITY:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Promote Friendship Community’s Mission, Vision, and Values with a professional and positive
attitude as a Team Member and representative of the organization.
2. Maintain confidentiality.
3. Oversee the implementation, training, and utilization of Tabula Pro (EHR). Review incident
reports submitted into Tabula Pro and make proper notification to the Operations Team.
4. Obtain and maintain Quality Management certification.
5. Oversee the Quality Management Process, including QA&I.
6. Obtain and maintain Certified Investigator certification.
7. Conduct investigations of incidents in a timely and thorough manner.
8. Enter timely, detailed incident reports into the Enterprise Incident Management system.
9. Schedule and lead quarterly Certified Investigation Peer Reviews.
10. Exercise a competent understanding of the 6100 and 6400 regulations.
11. Oversee and provide support throughout the Self-Assessment process.
12. Provide technical guidance to the Team as necessary.
13. Serve on various committees as requested.
14. Maintain timely communication among all departments and with external entities as required.
15. Comply with FC’s Privacy Policy Statement based on HIPAA regulations.
16. Other duties and/or projects as assigned by Administration.
VI. WORK SCHEDULE:
Full-time: Monday-Friday 8:30AM - 4:30PM comprised of both on-site and off-site each week. This
is an Hourly Non-Exempt professional position eligible for Over Time.
VII. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
1. High school education is required and additional training is preferred.
2. Must be able to work cooperatively at various levels of the organization to
implement systems, which support excellence in service provision.
3. Must be able to effectively manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
5. Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form.

VIII. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member
to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Reasonable accommodations may be

kneel, crouch, or crawl. The TM must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision
abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision,
and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually mild to moderate.
The TM may occasionally drive a company vehicle to go to a home to conduct an investigation.
