Various residential options are available for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities and their families desiring services that value relationships, integrity, spirituality and excellence. Friendship Community cultivates the capabilities of over 140 Individuals in various settings.
We strive to create home-like settings where Individuals improve their social and independent living skills. Teams of caring professionals work with each Individual to create customized plans nurturing their needs and cultivating their capabilities. Homes serve 1-6 Individuals and provide 24-hour support.
Ongoing care of a loved one with a disability can be overwhelming. That is why we offer Respite Care to the community, providing temporary relief to those caring for family members.
Through Home Based Services, Individuals are able to live with their parents or on their own, while Friendship Community Team Members provide in-home support tailored to the needs of each Individual. The result: Individuals are empowered to become independent, self-supporting community members.
