Team Support Professional

A team support professional (TSP) is involved in the programs as a direct support professional (DSP) leader supporting the individuals and teams providing positive transformational impact. This role will support all individuals and teams' overall health and well-being. In addition, the team support professional will be trained with manager assistant skills/tasks to assist the residential coordinators in the event that a residential manager position is open.

RESPONSIBILITY:
A. Assisting residential manager in implementing goal plans.
B. Recording individuals’ activities and progress accurately in case notes, behavior notes, ISP outcome notes, community/recreation notes, etc.
C. Providing individual/direct care such as assisting individuals in daily routines through dressing, bathing, eating/feeding, toileting, exercises, etc., as needed.

WORK SCHEDULE:
This a full-time position (40 hours a week). The hours will vary and will be created monthly in advance by the residential coordinator. Weekend shifts typically include 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Team support professionals are expected to work one weekend per pay period.

BENEFITS:
As a full-time team support professional, you will be eligible for the below benefits at 60 days.
A. Medical insurance: $40 bi-weekly medical benefits for individuals, $50 bi-weekly medical benefits for family. Eligible after 60-day waiting period.
B. Ancillary benefits (ex. dental, vision, etc.) provided through Lincoln Financial. Friendship Community provides a defined annual contribution that full-time team members can use towards ancillary benefits each year. The 2024 defined contribution is $150, which totals $5.77 per pay. Eligible after 60 day waiting period.
C. Paid time off: Accrues per pay period, can be used immediately.
D. Sick time: Accrues per pay period, can be used immediately.
E. Retirement: Team member is able to contribute to 403(b) retirement plan after 30 days.
F. Holiday pay (full-time status): 7 paid holidays—New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday (or Good Friday for team members who do not normally work weekends), Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas

COMPENSATION:
$17.00/hour
